Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We understand that some of our customers may not wish to use their payment card on the internet. We are always happy to receive your order by post. Delivery Schedule

UK Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 3-7working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and advise you of an approximate date for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery & packing charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.

Delivery in the UK: Standard Postal Delivery £1.95. For Delivery of orders outside of the UK please contact us for cost of delivery.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is inclued in all our retail orders.

Returns Policy

Goods shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser upon delivery. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims

Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: If there are shortages within your order, you must notify us within 7 days from receipt: It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless you have specifically requested the insured delivery service and we are notified within 3 days from the expected delivery date.

Faulty Goods
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement, GIFT ANGELS offer a Full Money Back Guarantee to our on-line shoppers only , this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have, faulty goods can be returned up to 7 working days following receipt of order, please inform us by email at returns@giftangels.co.uk stating all order details within the correspondence and whether you wish a full refund or replacement goods.
